You retain all ownership rights to original photographs. Sylo AI grants you a perpetual, worldwide, commercial license to use images enhanced or generated by our platform.
2. AI Service Disclaimer
You acknowledge that AI-generated results may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. Sylo AI is not liable for commercial decisions made solely based on AI-enhanced media.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sylo AI to create deceptive listings that conceal material structural defects or for any fraudulent purpose in real estate portals.
4. Billing and Refunds
Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Liability Limitation
Sylo AI is provided 'as-is'. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or AI model providers.
